are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly
prohibited.

We strive for accuracy, but colors and sizing may slightly vary due to screen differences or
production limitations.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely
through Razorpay.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the mentioned timeframe unless delayed by unforeseen logistics issues. Tracking details will be shared via email.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor
your delivery in real time.
7. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Please
ensure tags are intact. To initiate a return, contact us at balune.in@gmail.com.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India, but international shipping will be available soon.

10. Do you restock sold-out items?
